A mandatory student system upgrade will be conducted from Thursday, June 30th, 8 AM through Sunday, July 3rd at 5 PM.
What it means for students:
- All student record related systems including PAWS, GoSOLAR, Degree Works etc., will be unavailable for such things as registering or adjusting your summer schedule, ordering enrollment verifications or transcripts, updating your biographical record, running an academic/program evaluation, paying tuition and fees, having a refund issued, etc.
- The Enrollment Services Call Center and Perimeter College Contact Centers will be unavailable and will return to normal hours of operation on Tuesday, July 5th at 8:30 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
Please know that the following will be available:
- Access to Brightspace/D2L learning environment.
- Student email system.
- University websites.
- Panther Answer.
Last, we apologize for any inconvenience. We appreciate your patience as we upgrade the system for performance improvement. For general inquiries, all in-person locations will be open during normal business hours from 8:30 a.m. -5:15 p.m.

For Georgia State Perimeter College students, the Enrollment and Registration Services Office is part of the Office of the Registrar at each Georgia State Perimeter College location. ERS staff is available to assist students with everything from completing the admissions process through applying for graduation.
